Miss Universe Japan 2011
Maria Kamiyama (23, 1.68m, Osaka) was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2011 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo. She will represent Japan in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12. The pageant was originally scheduled for March but it was postponed after the Tōhoku earthquake disaster. Tomomi Takada, Michiko Tanaka, Naomi Kida and Hibiki Nozu completed the Top 5.
